What a fantastic picture! The light effect is stunning.

Jan Wöllert and Jörg Miedza who made this picture are specialists in Light Art Performance, using long exposure photography (it means that a dot of light is transformed into a string of light when moving). Check out the rest of their gallery here, it’s simply beautiful.
